Are there any setup or monthly fees?

No. Bitwisi Pay has zero setup fees and no monthly minimums. You only pay when you process a transaction. There are no lock-in contracts — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

How quickly are funds settled to my account?

Settlement timelines vary by payment method and country, but most Mobile Money transactions settle within 24 hours. Card payments typically settle within 1–2 business days. Enterprise customers can negotiate same-day settlement terms.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade to the Growth plan at any time from your dashboard. Downgrading or canceling requires no penalty — your next billing cycle will simply reflect the new plan.

What currencies and countries are supported?

We currently support 15+ African countries including Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Mali, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, and more. Multi-currency collections are available on Growth and Enterprise plans.

Is there a volume discount for high-growth businesses?

Absolutely. Once your monthly transaction volume exceeds a certain threshold, our team will proactively reach out with custom pricing. You can also contact sales at any time to discuss volume-based pricing on the Enterprise plan.

What happens if a transaction fails?

You are never charged for failed transactions. Our fee is only applied when a payment is successfully completed. Failed transactions are logged in your dashboard with a reason code so you can troubleshoot or retry.
